Sales are final after 30 days
Conditions for Returns:
- Authorization is required; please call for authorization.
- Merchandise must be in saleable (new) condition.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Credit will be applied upon receipt of merchandise, minus a restocking fee of 15%.
- You must enclose a copy of the invoice with any return.
WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND OR CREDIT IF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET
DAMAGES: Contact UPS immediately if you receive damaged merchandise due to their mishandling. Save the original carton, all packing materials, and damaged items for their inspection. We recommend taking a picture of any damaged goods. Notify us for replacement of merchandise or credit.
